Reservation

1. When a quotation is requested by the client, the price quoted by Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd will be valid for a limited time period of 14 days from the date issued or validity period stated whichever is earlier. If no confirmation is received within the time period, Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to re-quote the price of the tour.
2. For reservation made and confirmed more than 14days prior to the tour date, full payment must be made at least 14days before tour date or due date advised on payment voucher whichever is earliest.
3. If reservation is made and confirmed less than 14 days prior to visit date, immediate full payment is required.
4. Upon confirmation of reservation either by fax, email or telephone, the reservation will be held for normally 5 days during which full payment are required. Reservation can only be confirmed after the full payment been paid to our account prior due date given. If payment is not received within due date, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice.

Payment method

By credit card & debit card.
Once booking is confirmed, we will email an invoice and owed plus a 3% fee should you choose this payment method.

All remittances are to be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). In normal circumstances, your local bank will have facility to convert your local currency to MYR and proceed with the money transfer in MYR. We cannot accept money transfers denominated in any other currency except MYR. Bank charges incurred are to be borne by the guest. Remittance slip with reservation reference number can be presented or faxed as proof of payment.

Cancellation

1) If a cancellation to a reservation is made, cancellation charges will be imposed.

Tour without accommodation
Between 7 days to 2 days prior to departure – 50%
24 hours prior to departure – 100%

Tour with accommodation
Between 30 days and more prior to departure – 50%
30 days prior to departure – 100%

2) In the event of a NO SHOW, NO REFUNDS will be made as the accommodation/tour reserved is considered used.

3) Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd reserve the right to cancel or alter at anytime any tour, price, tour sight itinerary, hotel or any other arrangements owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavour will be made to advice guest in advance of any alternations which are deemed necessary.

4) Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd acts only as agent for the hotels, restaurants and tour operators and their principals and assumes no responsibility for negligence causing injury, damage, accident, death, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or properties.

5) In the event of Force Majeure, Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangement.

6) Borneo Icons Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd provides service stated on itineraries, under no circumstances refund is to be made once tour has incur.

The management reserved the rights to amend the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
